Create my affirmations

How Affluma Works

Affluma helps you find words that feel useful, make them your own and return to a small daily practice. You do not need an account, a perfect streak or a positive mood to begin.

Start with one thing you need today

Use Explore to browse published collections by one of 20 main topics, by audience, by situation or by goal. Combine filters and choose Most popular, Newest, A–Z or Z–A. Results change as you type or change a filter. Open a collection to read its affirmations, switch the reading style, keep a favorite or download its PDF. Like or Love an article or an individual affirmation, and use the article Share menu when you want to pass it on. A reaction is a preference for the wording, not a rating of anyone’s wellbeing.

A personal welcome, kept on your device

Practice pages can ask for your full name to greet you. This is optional: skip it whenever you prefer. The name stays in this browser, and Delete my data removes it.

Build a set, one affirmation at a time

In Build a set, choose a category and select the individual words that fit. You can move to another category and continue adding. Your selection stays together. Each suggestion links to the published article it came from.

Review your set, give it a name, reorder the lines and edit anything you would say differently. Save it in this browser, download a PDF, send it to Studio or turn it into a challenge. You can also type your own words.

Let your focus guide the suggestions

Personalize starts with easy choices: your situation, what you want to improve, a strength you value and a goal you want to work toward. Pick a few that matter now. Affluma matches these topics to published posts; it does not diagnose you or infer a hidden personality.

A very specific combination may have no matching article yet. Try fewer choices, explore a broader category or write a line of your own. Suggested wording always needs your judgment.

Make a wallpaper, PDF or listening session

Wallpaper & PDF

Open Studio with your selected words. Choose one affirmation for a phone or desktop wallpaper, adjust the background and colors, and preview it before downloading. You can use a personal photo for that page session; it is not uploaded to the website’s image collection. Wallpaper branding appears at the bottom. PDFs use the website’s configured header and footer logo.

Audio Studio

Choose a voice, comfortable pace, pause between lines and repetition count. Add a gentle background if you like and adjust its volume separately. Press Preview or Create my audio; the built-in engine prepares automatically, with no separate voice activation step. The first preparation can take time, especially on a phone. Keep the page open.

Listen to the result and choose Download audio to keep the same rendered session. You can also record your own voice after allowing microphone access. Recording does not clone your voice. Keep a comfortable volume and avoid listening during activities that need your full attention.

Practice your whole set in a personal challenge

In Challenges, choose your focus or bring a set you already made. Review the words and choose 7, 14, 21 or 30 days. Each practice day contains your full selected set. Check each affirmation after practicing it, then mark the day complete.

Daily mode opens the next practice on another date; self-paced mode lets you choose the spacing. You can pause and return. Finishing the plan brings a congratulations screen and an optional achievement image to download or share. Private affirmation wording is not automatically posted anywhere.

Keep a gratitude journey

Gratitude is a separate place for your own writing. Add a few things you appreciated, a meaningful moment or a next step. Use a prompt or write freely. Revisit entries through the calendar, tags, favorites or search.

The journal saves to this browser when storage is available. Look for the save status. You can export your writing or make a backup. Gratitude does not require you to ignore difficult experiences.

Return at a time that suits you

Today detects your local day automatically, with a fresh daily window starting at 6 AM. There is no time-zone setting to manage. The website does not need your precise location to show the right local day.

Use Reminders if you want a gentle nudge. You choose the time and explicitly allow browser notifications. Availability depends on your browser and device settings. On supported iPhones and iPads, add Affluma to the Home Screen first. A downloadable calendar reminder is available when you prefer it.

Install Affluma puts a shortcut on your home screen. Connected pages use the current website. Selected public articles can be kept for offline reading; the app is not an offline copy of every feature.

Keep your work safe and under your control

Saved sets, journal entries and progress belong to the browser or app storage on that device. They do not automatically synchronize between devices. Clearing site data, private browsing or browser storage management can remove them.

Use My device & backup to export your practice and restore it elsewhere. Audio files are downloaded separately. Backups contain your private words, so store them somewhere you trust. Notification subscriptions are managed separately in Reminders.

Make the words believable

You can change “I am completely confident” into “I can prepare and take one useful step.” Keep words that acknowledge your situation and point to something you can do. These tools support reflection and practice; they do not promise a medical, financial or personal outcome.
