Create a listening practice from your own words or a set selected for your goals. The built-in voice engines run in your browser, served from this website. No speech API is used.
Begin with words you can use
Paste one affirmation per line, choose words from the personal builder, or send a selection from an article to Studio. Edit the list before you listen. Your selected topic identifiers can be used to find public article phrases; personal edits remain on your device.
Set your listening rhythm
Select a voice and press Preview or Create my audio when you are ready. The voice engine prepares automatically. Choose from 40 English voice options with several regional accents, then set the pace, pause between lines and repetition count. Choose a comfortable presence setting and preview the wording. Presence adds audio processing for clarity or warmth; it does not turn a voice into a particular person or guarantee an emotion.
Add a light background
Choose from ten original sound beds and adjust their volume independently. Start quietly so the words remain clear. The bed is mixed into the actual file you preview and download.
Download your audio
Generate your session and wait for the audio preview. Download audio saves the rendered session as a WAV file. The first voice load is large and generation uses your device’s memory; shorter sets work better on a phone. Ordinary reading pages do not load the model.
Record in your own voice
Allow microphone access only when you want to record. Start, speak your words and stop. Listen to the recording before keeping it. You can mix a background into your recording and download the result. This feature records you; it does not clone your voice.
Keep a copy you control
Completed audio saves to the local library when storage is available. If it cannot be saved, a warning appears and you can download it. Browser storage can be cleared, so download important recordings separately; the general practice backup does not include audio bytes. Personal recordings are not uploaded.
Listen comfortably
Keep the volume low enough to remain comfortable. Do not use a listening session when driving, using equipment or doing something that needs your full attention. Review a file before sharing it because the words may reveal personal information.
